The 2023 Beidou High-Score Talent Ability Improvement Training Course was successfully held

In order to implement the national and autonomous region Beidou and high-score system construction and promotion and application policies, improve the ability level of relevant management and application personnel, and effectively promote the high-quality development of Beidou and high-score industries in our region, from October 23rd to 27th, the 2023 second Beidou and high-score talent ability improvement training course jointly organized by Ningxia Institute of Industry and Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Ningxia Space-Time Beidou Industrial Technology Research Institute was successfully held in Wuzhong City. A total of 61 business backbones and main responsible comrades of relevant departments (units) directly under the district and some key enterprises and institutions in the district participated in the training.

The training takes a combination of special lectures, training base visits, and classroom interactive seminars, with distinct themes and rich content, and invites relevant professors, experts and scholars in the field of Beidou and high-score fields inside and outside the region, based on cutting-edge advanced technology and typical application cases, focusing on the industrialization development of Beidou Internet of Vehicles and the application of big data, Beidou precision positioning technology and application, carbon sink space-ground integration precision monitoring technology and equipment research and development for carbon neutrality, as well as the construction and application of Ningxia remote sensing application service system. The application of high-resolution remote sensing support service industry, Wuzhong Instrument's digital workshop visit based on "5G + Beidou" and other contents to carry out teaching guidance and on-site observation, the atmosphere of the training site is active, and the enthusiasm of the students is high.

    During the training, Wang Shufang, a typical figure of "Model 3" of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee and the current assistant to the general manager of Higer Communication Group, was invited to Nanjing to teach and participate in the construction of the national Beidou system, and communicated with the Development and Reform Commission and the Emergency Management Department of the Autonomous Region on the standards, evaluation, and product adaptation of Beidou products. Docking with the Department of Transportation, the joint establishment of Ningxia Traffic Law Enforcement Equipment Research Institute was discussed; Communicated with Ningxia Coal Industry of National Energy Group, Ningxia Electric Power of National Energy Group and other enterprises, and docked the implementation of Beidou scientific research projects of National Energy Group in Nanjing; It also reached a preliminary cooperation intention for the joint research and development of Beidou products between Higer Communications and Ningxia Beidou Industrial Technology Research Institute.

The holding of this training course enabled the trainees to further grasp the latest policies and technologies of Beidou and Gaofen, built a platform for cooperation between relevant scientific research institutions and enterprises, and added new momentum to the in-depth promotion and application of Beidou and Gaofen in Ningxia, and to accelerate the sustainable and high-quality development of Beidou and Gaofen industries. In the next step, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of the Autonomous Region will make full use of the training results to guide the industrialization development and large-scale application of Beidou and high-score, empower all walks of life and social management, and empower the high-quality development of the region's "six new, six special, and six excellent" industries.
