Baojiadian Town, Manas County, Xinjiang "Huanbao No. 1" harmless treatment center project

Manas County, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is a pilot unit for the construction of a national rural governance system and an advanced county for the national village cleaning action. A modern management model that does not leave the village, no transportation, and no landfill.

Technological innovation is the core competitiveness of the company's sustainable development, and the use of low-temperature magnetization cracking technology has completely realized the source harmless treatment system of solid waste.

According to the person in charge of Shuntian environmental protection, the "Huanbao No. 1" small garbage treatment equipment adopts low-temperature magnetization pyrolysis technology, which has many advantages such as small footprint, short construction period, low operating costs, no pollution and no dioxins. The equipment occupies a small area and can be installed in densely populated places such as communities, villages, schools, hospitals, etc.; domestic garbage can be directly put into the furnace for decomposition without stacking, so as to reduce the secondary transportation pollution caused by stacking and transportation; only a small amount of electricity is needed for flue gas treatment in the process of equipment decomposition, saving energy.

Each equipment can process 10 cubic meters to 12 cubic meters of domestic waste per day, serve about 5,000 people, and reduce the amount of processing resources to 200:1. At the same time, the generated magnetized slag and tar can be recycled and reused as resources, realizing the reduction, harmlessness, decentralization and resource utilization of domestic waste treatment, and playing an important role in beautifying the city environment, promoting urban management, and creating new standards for urban and rural living environments. In addition, the "Huanbao No. 1" small garbage treatment equipment combined with energy storage photovoltaic for clean power supply can also achieve the effect of reducing electricity consumption and carbon emissions, saving about 30,000 kilowatt hours of electricity and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 30,000 kilograms per year.

On June 22, 2022, the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Beautiful and Livable Rural Construction and Rural Domestic Waste Management Work Site Promotion Meeting was held in Manas County.

The delegation fully affirmed the innovative garbage treatment system of "household classification, village collection, and village treatment", and the "Huanbao No. 1" small garbage treatment equipment, low-temperature magnetization pyrolysis technology and environmental sanitation integration mode can "prescribe the right medicine" and solve the practical pain points and difficult problems of domestic waste treatment in villages and towns. The Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has refined the implementation of garbage classification and terminal treatment measures, which can replicate and promote the experience and practices of Manas County, focus on promoting the construction of the whole chain classification and treatment system, and strive to promote the garbage classification and treatment work of the autonomous region to a new level.
