　　China Securities Network News (Reporter Liu Liliang) National Development and Reform Commission news on October 25, recently, the National Development and Reform Commission, the National Energy Administration and other four departments jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Green Innovation and High-quality Development of the Oil Refining Industry" pointed out that to promote the integrated development of the refining industry and renewable energy, encourage enterprises to vigorously develop renewable energy hydrogen production. Support the construction of green hydrogen refining demonstration projects, promote green hydrogen substitution, and gradually reduce the amount of coal used to produce hydrogen in the industry. Encourage the strengthening of hydrogenation process selectivity, implement hydrogen network system integration optimization, and reduce carbon emissions of hydrogen production units.
