The Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology held the 2022 Yunnan Provincial Industrial Energy Conservation Skills Improvement Training Course

In order to actively respond to the challenge of industrial carbon peak and carbon neutrality, complete the "14th Five-Year Plan" industrial energy conservation and low-carbon goals and tasks, strengthen the main responsibility of enterprises and the post responsibility of the person in charge of energy conservation management, and improve the level of energy conservation and carbon reduction business ability of the majority of energy conservation management cadres. The training course focused on 3 days, invited experts from inside and outside the province to teach, and trained three aspects according to the needs of industrial enterprises: First, the "double carbon" policy. International and domestic carbon peak and carbon neutrality situation, national carbon peak and carbon neutrality guidelines and policies, Yunnan industrial carbon peak path selection, and opportunities and challenges faced by industry in the context of carbon peak and carbon neutrality. The second is energy conservation and carbon reduction regulations and standards. "Energy Efficiency Benchmarking Level and Benchmark Level in Key Areas of High Energy-Consuming Industries (2021 Edition)", Publicity and Implementation of Energy Consumption and Energy Efficiency Standards for Industrial Products such as Cement Industry and Transformers, and Carbon Emission and Carbon Footprint Certification Practices. The third is energy-saving and carbon-reduction technology and practice. Interpretation of the Implementation Guide for Energy Conservation and Carbon Reduction Transformation and Upgrading in Key Areas of High Energy-Consuming Industries (2022 Edition), online monitoring of energy consumption and informatization of enterprise energy management, advanced and applicable energy-saving and low-carbon technologies, best practices and case studies of energy conservation and carbon reduction, innovation of energy-saving service models and development of energy-saving service industry, etc.
