Hunan: Promote the full coverage of innovation and R&D of large-scale industrial enterprises
The reporter learned from the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology on the 13th that this year, our province has further promoted the full coverage of innovation and research and development activities of large-scale industrial enterprises, and various tasks have achieved good results. As of the end of September, 48 key products in the province's manufacturing industry have completed the investment of 1.55 billion yuan, broken through 109 key technologies, applied for 218 invention patents, and obtained 82 patents.
Strengthen the construction of innovation platforms and improve the innovation platform system step by step. Our province highlights the cultivation and identification of provincial innovation platforms, encourages enterprises to build their own R&D institutions, and many provincial innovation platforms have jumped to the national level. For example, Hunan Zhongke Electric Co., Ltd. was approved as the National Key Laboratory of Efficient and High-quality Conversion of Electric Energy, realized the "breaking zero" of the National Key Laboratory of Yueyang City, and three provincial innovation platforms including Shaoyang Special Glass Research Institute were shortlisted for the National Science and Technology Innovation Platform Cultivation Library. In the first three quarters, the province added 986 R&D institutions with "six haves" (personnel, investment, equipment, projects, sites, and systems).
Focus on the "five basics" of industry, continue to promote key core technology research, and create a number of national and world "most". The first shear GN700 internal mixer in China and the world's largest specification was successfully rolled off the assembly line, the first lithium battery anode integration demonstration line project using a carbon thermal field was successfully powered, and the strength of cold-rolled and hot-rolled medium-thin high-strength steel plates produced by Valin Lianyuan Steel and Valin ArcelorMittal Automotive Steel Co., Ltd. ranked first in the world.
The integration process of "production, education and research" has been accelerated, the transformation ability and industrialization level of scientific and technological achievements of enterprises have been significantly improved, and a number of products with leading technology and good market prospects have emerged. In cooperation with Huazhong University of Science and Technology and other universities, Xiangdian Heavy Equipment has successfully developed the world's first pure electric dump truck of more than 100 tons, and Jiangye Electromechanical has cooperated with Central South University to develop the first set of "efficient crushing and sorting technology and equipment for waste lithium-ion batteries" in China.
Since the beginning of this year, our province has implemented the "five" product reward and support policy, and the reward support has been increased. As of the end of September, the province has reviewed and determined 50 first (set) technical equipment, 68 new materials, 20 high-end software, 16 first-round tape-outs, and 32 electronic components, with a reward of more than 120 million yuan.
