Recently, the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission and the Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment announced the list of the second batch of units that have passed the cleaner production audit and assessment in 2023, and 19 units are honorably listed!

Development and Reform Jun learned that among them, there are 13 mandatory cleaner production audit units and 6 voluntary cleaner production audit units, involving environmental sanitation management, books, newspapers and periodicals printing, electronic special materials manufacturing, beer manufacturing, auto parts and accessories manufacturing and other industries.

A total of 568 cleaner production plans have been produced by the newly listed units, and after all of them are implemented, they can save 12,600 tons of standard coal, reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 28,000 tons, save 213,900 tons of water, and reduce 3,659.09 tons of wastewater, general solid waste, hazardous waste, volatile organic compounds, etc., further helping to promote green, low-carbon and circular development.
