　　According to public data, carbon emissions from various industrial parks account for 31% of the country's total emissions, and it is crucial to dig deep into the systematic role and integration effect of green construction and development of parks to achieve the established decarbonization goals of the country. Because of this, for chemical parks, whether it is carbon peak or carbon neutrality, it is necessary to form a benign social interaction, that is, the joint efforts of the park, enterprises and employees.
