The digital project "Blue Cycle - Marine Plastic Pollution Control" won the bronze award of the best application of digital reform and reform breakthrough award in Zhejiang Province. We will make every effort to promote the resource utilization of urban domestic sewage, and have been selected as a pilot city for regional reclaimed water recycling in China.

We will make every effort to promote the modernization of the ecological environment governance system and governance capacity, and greatly improve the efficiency of intelligent governance. Explore the establishment of a closed-loop linkage mechanism that runs through the whole process of environmental quality situational awareness, early warning research and judgment of pollution sources, collaborative scheduling, and law enforcement supervision. Since 2022, a total of 63,114 polluting enterprises and 568 environmental monitoring stations have been included in the supervision data of the city's polluting enterprises, nearly 460 million pieces of various data have been collected, and more than 26,000 environmental problems have been found, with a problem co-disposal rate of 95%.

Go green and write a new chapter of global beauty

Strengthen ecosystem protection. Steadily promote the construction of forest Taizhou, and thoroughly implement special actions such as new planting of precious trees, "one village and ten thousand trees", and land greening and beautification. The comprehensive land consolidation and ecological restoration actions were implemented, and four cross-township projects were included in the first batch of provincial pilot projects. The integration and optimization of nature reserves has been basically completed, and Tiantai Mountain and Shenxianju Famous Mountain Park have achieved an investment of 1.67 billion yuan in the past three years. Strengthen the protection of nature reserves, build a supervision platform for nature reserves in Taizhou, and provide a scientific basis for "early detection, early stopping, and early rectification". In Zhejiang Province, it took the lead in formulating the "Taizhou Biodiversity Conservation Joint Conference System" to comprehensively promote biodiversity background investigation, and Xianju County Biodiversity Science and Education Center was awarded the first batch of biodiversity experience sites in Zhejiang Province.

Improve the quality of the ecological environment. Taizhou City has been awarded the "Dayu Ding" of Zhejiang Province's "Five Water Co-governance" work for 6 times, and the overall evaluation of water environment quality has achieved a historic leap from light and moderate pollution to good and then to excellent. "Taizhou Blue" has become the norm, and the city's air quality ranks among the top 168 key cities in the country, achieving full coverage of the provincial "Clean Air Demonstration Zone". The construction of the pilot zone for comprehensive prevention and control of soil pollution is at the forefront of the country, and it has been selected into the list of "zero-waste cities" during the national "14th Five-Year Plan" period. Taizhou Bay was selected as one of the first three recommended cases of beautiful bays in China.

Optimize the urban and rural environment. The "five major tackles" of high-quality urban construction have been carried out, the functional image of the core business area and the central business district has been continuously improved, the riverside public space on the south bank of Jiaojiang District has been transformed into an industrial "rust belt" into a "show belt" of life, and the old factories along the Yongning River in Huangyan District have been transformed into an industry 4.0 center. Promote pollution reduction and carbon reduction. Chemical oxygen demand, ammonia nitrogen and nitrogen oxides have exceeded the emission reduction targets of key projects in the 14th Five-Year Plan. Actively create a multi-level low-carbon (zero-) carbon development model, and create 2 provincial-level low-carbon pilot counties, 17 low-carbon pilot towns (streets), 131 low-carbon pilot villages (communities), 8 collaborative pilot projects for pollution reduction and carbon reduction, and 22 benchmark projects, ranking among the top in the province. The establishment of the "carbon neutrality" demonstration zone in Dachen Island has been carried out in an orderly manner, the framework of the carbon accounting system has been completed, and the "marine blue carbon" (carbon accounting and trading system in coastal areas) has been included in the only marine blue carbon trading pilot project in Zhejiang Province.

Develop a green economy. Carry out the "5+N" traditional industry innovation and upgrading action, and the completion rate of the three indicators of rectifying high-consumption and low-efficiency enterprises, revitalizing land and freeing up energy space ranks among the top in Zhejiang Province. Scientifically formulate environmental pollution remediation targets for key industries such as waste rubber, chemical industry, electroplating, and shipbuilding, and carry out in-depth pollution remediation in key industries. Do excellent landscape articles. Based on the advantages of mountains and seas, we will tap the cultural heritage and continue to expand the transformation of the "two mountains" channel. The construction of famous mountains and island parks and the cultural belt of Tang Poetry Road in eastern Zhejiang has been carried out in depth, Tiantai Mountain and Shenxian Residence have been selected as the "Top Ten Famous Mountain Parks" in Zhejiang Province, and Zhangsi Village in Tiantai County has been selected as the first batch of dazzling pearls of large gardens in Zhejiang Province. The three provincial-level ecological product value realization mechanisms of Tiantai, Xianju and Sanmen have been promoted in an orderly manner, and the "Two Mountains" cooperatives have been established. The EOD project of "Water Beauty Huangyan and Fangyang Common Prosperity" was successfully included in the financial support project database of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, and obtained a credit of 1.7 billion yuan from the Agricultural Development Bank of China, realizing the value transformation from green mountains to gold and silver mountains.
