Jinxi Petrochemical Co., Ltd. "One Furnace, One Policy" to reduce carbon dioxide emissions

　　As of July 18, the No. 6 furnace of the thermal power production department of Jinxi Petrochemical Company had been running efficiently, smoothly and environmentally friendly for 825 days, saving 38,800 tons of coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 75,400 tons.

　　This year, Jinxi Petrochemical Co., Ltd. scientifically formulated the "one furnace and one policy" environmental protection standard operation plan, decomposed the indicators step by step, refined to each step of operation and each adjustment, and implemented the indicators to the production team and compacted to the operation position. In view of the large fluctuation of coal combustion value, the post operator refines the operation process, scientifically adjusts the slag discharge volume of the cold slag device, controls the bed temperature and pressure, controls the generation of nitrogen oxides, and reasonably regulates the denitrification spray operation.

　　In order to solve the problems of increasing plant load and flue gas temperature increase and thermal efficiency decrease in the full load operation of the No. 6 thermoelectric furnace, Jinxi Petrochemical Co., Ltd. set up a technical transformation team of the heat engine workshop to carry out technical research in the production line. By comparing the frequency of ash conveying, reducing the discharge of fine bed material, and increasing the efficiency of soot blowing operation, the exhaust gas temperature is significantly reduced, the wear in the boiler is slowed down, the main steam production capacity is increased by 25%, and the annual efficiency can be increased by 2.7 million yuan.
