At the meeting, the Liaoning Branch of the People's Bank of China reported on the progress of green finance in Liaoning Province, and the Liaoning Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, Carbon Emission Registration and Clearing (Wuhan) Co., Ltd., Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Liaoning Branch, and Shenyang Shengjing Financial Holding Investment Group made exchange speeches. After the relevant leaders pressed the button to jointly launch the "Liaoning Provincial Green Financial Service Platform" and the "Liaoning Provincial Carbon Emission Credit Pledge Service Center", the key emitting enterprises signed an agreement with the bank on the intention to pledge carbon emission credits.
