Chasing the "wind" and "light" to draw a picture of low-carbon development
The stretching tidal flats and the vast blue ocean contain extremely rich "scenery" resources. The rotating offshore windmills and shining photovoltaic panels are painting a picture of green, low-carbon and high-quality development.
In the Huaneng Qinggang Photovoltaic Power Station in Taishan Village, Qinggang Town, on the tidal flat of more than 1,800 acres, 242088 dark blue photovoltaic panels are neatly arranged, and it looks like a piece of armor on the tidal flat from a distance. Under the sunlight, an inexhaustible stream of current is flowing through the cable to the booster station, and after being connected to the power grid, it lights up thousands of homes.
"Recently, there has been a lot of fine weather, and it is estimated that this month's power generation will exceed that of the same period. In the duty room, Fan Zhengyu, the shift leader, always pays attention to the data on the computer, and the fine weather in the past few days has also made the daily power generation of the power station exceed 700,000 kilowatt hours.
"Since we started production in 2021, we have generated more than 150 million kWh of electricity annually, saving 45,000 tons of standard coal, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 110,000 tons, and reducing nitrogen oxides by 2,100 tons per year. Fan Zhengyu said.
Huaneng Qinggang Photovoltaic Power Station is China's first intertidal "fishery and photovoltaic complementary" ecological photovoltaic power station, which has generated 360 million kWh of electricity since it was put into operation. Up to now, the total installed capacity of photovoltaic in Yuhuan has reached 581,100 kilowatts, of which 261,100 kilowatts are distributed.
In addition to photovoltaics, Yuhuan also fully explores the potential of offshore wind power and explores the large-scale development of deep-sea offshore wind power. In 2021, the first phase of Huadian Yuhuan No. 1 offshore wind farm (North District) will be put into operation, which can provide about 430 million kWh of clean electricity per year, and the construction of Yuhuan No. 1 South District and Yuhuan No. 2 with an investment of 886 million yuan is progressing in an orderly manner. It is estimated that by the end of the 14th Five-Year Plan, the installed capacity of offshore wind power in Yuhuan will reach 7.29 million kilowatts, and the annual power generation capacity will reach 2.34 billion kilowatt hours.
We will make new efforts to continuously improve the "carbon" content of development
"Since the installation of this 'power bank', the electricity bill has been saved a lot. A few days ago, in a corner of the factory of Zhejiang Wonder Fluid Equipment Technology Co., Ltd., Yang Cheng, director of the administrative center, showed reporters their "power-saving artifact" - distributed energy storage equipment.
The plant consists of two 500kw/1MWh and four 300kw energy storage systems. These 6 two-meter-tall big guys can be charged in the valley section at night, and use electricity in the peak section during the day, bringing tangible benefits to the enterprise through the price difference between peak and valley electricity. "We put this equipment into use in March 2022, and we have saved 590,000 yuan in electricity bills, which is really a good equipment for us to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Speaking of this "industrial charging treasure", Yang Cheng was full of praise.
In recent years, Longxi Town has focused on the characteristics of high energy consumption and low emissions in the local manufacturing industry, and actively cooperated with the Taizhou Innovation Center of Tsinghua Yangtze River Delta Research Institute to build a zero-carbon center on a pilot basis, innovate a new way of "digital intelligence" carbon control, and build a township-level "double carbon" command platform, of which the distributed energy storage project is one of the important links.
Not only that, the zero-carbon center also accesses the real-time energy data of enterprises above the scale in Longxi Town, and monitors the operation and monitoring of the carbon emissions and energy consumption data of enterprises above the scale in the town based on the use of electric energy, so as to realize the visualization of enterprise energy consumption and the full coverage management of carbon emission precision and quantification. At the same time, based on the platform data, in-depth analysis of energy management blind spots, the formulation of energy-saving strategies, drag the energy consumption of enterprises and products to continue to decrease.
"After this work is promoted, it can carry out low-carbon certification for the export products of the enterprise, effectively reduce the carbon tariff of the enterprise's export, and improve the competitiveness of the company's products at home and abroad. Zhong Yiming, Secretary of the Party Committee of Longxi Town, told reporters that the platform has served 58 enterprises and is expected to reduce electricity expenses by 10% per year for enterprises, while reducing carbon emissions by 890 tons. "In the future, we will continue to strengthen cooperation with universities and research institutes, constantly improve the functions of the platform, and better serve Yuhuan's plumbing valve enterprises." Zhong Yiming said.
Climb to the heights, and "carbon" seeks the road of green transformation
As an important subject of green and low-carbon development, enterprises are important promoters of zero carbon emissions, green transformation and green innovation of industrial clusters. Up to now, Yuhuan has three enterprises, "Shuanghuan Transmission", "Suerda" and "Addison", which have been selected as national green factories.
As a national green factory, Zhejiang Shuanghuan Transmission Machinery Co., Ltd. continues to carry out capacity integration and technological innovation, and actively implements the green development strategy, and the efficient, clean, low-carbon and circular green manufacturing system has become a demonstration benchmark for the green transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in Yuhuan City.
In the production workshop of the fifth branch of "Double Ring Transmission", a half-person high micro-lubrication cooling equipment is placed on the side of the processing machine, "This is our treasure of energy saving and consumption reduction, with it, gear processing has changed from the previous oil cutting to environmentally friendly and efficient dry cutting or quasi-dry cutting." It turns out that the traditional gear hobbing has been using cutting oil to play the role of lubrication and cooling, while waste cutting oil is used as hazardous waste, in which surfactants, petroleum hydrocarbons and other components will cause pollution hazards to the surrounding environment. The use of micro-lubrication and cooling equipment completely abandons the traditional coolant and cutting oil, and atomizes the compressed gas with a very small amount of lubricant during the processing process to form micron-sized droplets, which are sprayed into the processing area for effective lubrication to prevent the splashing of non-cutting oil and the generation of oil mist.
"The application of the process of dry switching to wet cutting has achieved that under the premise of not affecting product quality, it can reduce the production of waste cutting oil by nearly 300 tons a year, and the environmental protection benefits are obvious. Wei Fengzhong said that at present, "double ring transmission" has invested more than 2 million yuan, and more than 100 sets of micro-lubrication cooling equipment have been purchased and put into use in various production lines.
In addition to the changes in the production process, the heat energy in the heat treatment process is also fully utilized in the "double ring drive", the hot water generated by the heat energy is used for cleaning before production, and the sewage is treated and recycled into the employees' living quarters in the form of non-potable water to serve as daily washing water.
Not only that, the "double ring transmission" also conducts the waste heat generated by the air compressor in the production workshop of the fifth branch to the living area, which can provide hot water for the living area 24 hours a day, and can save more than 300,000 yuan in electricity bills per month.
