The first pure electric 6-car passenger ferry in Zhejiang Province "Zhejiang Jingdian 0001" was officially put into operation

On the first day of the Spring Festival in 2024, the first pure electric 6-car passenger ferry in Zhejiang Province, "Zhejiang Jingdian 0001", was officially put into operation at Jintouhui Ferry, Bohai Town, Jingning County, Lishui City. During the Spring Festival transportation period, an average of 200 people and 60 ferry vehicles were completed every day, providing convenience for 2,131 people in three administrative villages in the lake area. The ship uses lithium-ion battery pure electric propulsion, which can reduce fuel consumption by about 25 tons per year and reduce carbon emissions by about 68 tons per year compared with traditional fuel-powered ships.
