According to the relevant person in charge of Hubei Jiaotou Northwest Hubei Operating Company, after the electronic reform of toll bills, vehicles do not need to wait for tickets to be issued after paying at the toll station, and can pass directly, compared with before, each vehicle can save about 10 seconds.

If the driver needs to print a paper invoice, he can use the "Hubei Provincial Expressway Manual Toll Electronic Invoice" WeChat applet, or follow the "Hubei e-Travel" WeChat public account, enter the home page of the invoicing applet, log in with a mobile phone or WeChat, and select the traffic record to issue a ticket according to the payment method, or bind the license plate to issue a ticket.

"Paper-to-electricity" refers to the electronic toll bills of highway cash (including mobile payment), referred to as electronic bills. Electronic bills refer to the cash toll paper bills to electronic bills, after the implementation of electronic bills, through the province's highway manual tolls, self-service payment lanes of vehicles will no longer provide toll paper bills.
