Jiang Hua pointed out that in 2023, Yuxi City will solidly promote the construction of ecological civilization. Continue to do a good job in the second round of feedback from the central and provincial ecological and environmental protection inspectors for rectification of 65 problems, and 34 problems were completed in a timely manner. Innovate and implement the comprehensive project of recycling and utilization of water resources outside the lake, and incorporate the idea of "five-in-one" lake management into the "three lakes" protection regulations, making institutional contributions to the protection and governance of lakes in the province. The value accounting of ecological products in the "Three Lakes" basin was completed, and Chengjiang was named a provincial ecological civilization construction demonstration zone. The water quality of Fuxian Lake generally maintained Class I., the water quality of Xingyun Lake was stable Class V., and the water quality of Qilu Lake showed an improvement trend. The air quality rate in the central urban area is 97%. The water quality compliance rate of centralized drinking water sources at or above the county level is 100%. 36 historical mines have been restored, and 183 square kilometers of soil erosion have been controlled. The province's first regional low-carbon service center settled in Yuxi. Energy consumption per unit of GDP decreased by 9.8%.
Jiang Hua emphasized in the deployment of this year's ecological environment work that it is necessary to promote the "lake revolution" in depth. We should do a good job in the pilot project of value conversion of ecological products in Fuxian Lake, and explore new paths for realizing the value of ecological products.
