The General Office of the National Development and Reform Commission issued the List of Green and Low-Carbon Advanced Technology Demonstration Projects (First Batch), and a total of 47 projects across the country were included in the first batch of lists, of which 4 projects in Guangdong Province were successfully selected, including two source carbon reduction projects, including the heavy-duty gas turbine demonstration power station project, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Advanced Power Grid Demonstration Project, and the financial city green building demonstration project, the green and low-carbon new city construction and the near-zero energy building demonstration project.

Heavy-duty gas turbine demonstration power station project

The heavy-duty gas turbine demonstration power station project mainly builds two sets of 75MW gas-steam combined cycle units, adopts key technologies such as independent design, testing, high-temperature component manufacturing, operation and maintenance of gas turbines in China, and the output of a single gas turbine, combined cycle output, single unit efficiency and combined cycle efficiency under standard working conditions have reached the leading level in China, and it is the first national F-class 50 MW heavy-duty gas turbine generator set connected to the grid for power generation in China. The gas turbine industry, which integrates new technologies, new materials and new processes, is known as the "crown jewel" of the equipment manufacturing industry, and is the key core and major technical equipment involving important military power equipment and national energy security. At present, a unit of the project has entered commercial operation, marking the breakthrough of China's independent heavy-duty gas turbine from "0" to "1".

Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Advanced Power Grid Demonstration Project

The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Advanced Power Grid Demonstration Project gives full play to the role of the platform for the optimal allocation of power grid resources, promotes the synergy from the grid side, the load side and the energy storage side, improves the power exchange capacity of the main network through the construction of flexible DC, carries out the innovative application of flexible straightening technology in urban power grid scenarios, builds a new power load management system and a new energy storage industry-university-research collaborative innovation base, and plans to adopt new equipment and technologies such as 550kV/8kA large-capacity combined electrical equipment, 500kV eight-split wires, and immersion liquid-cooled battery energy storageThe temperature rise control level and the temperature difference level of the energy storage unit can reach the leading level in China. The project will build the world's largest flexible DC project in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, realize flexible zonal interconnection in the load center of the power grid for the first time, and effectively improve the level of refined load management through the new power load management system, which will strongly support the efficient use of renewable energy in the region and help the green and low-carbon development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Financial City Green Building Demonstration Project

The Green Building Demonstration Project of the Financial City will run the green design concept through the whole life cycle of the building, minimize the energy demand of the building in terms of planning and layout, natural ventilation, natural lighting, envelope structure, sunshade design, etc., and at the same time adopt measures such as high-efficiency refrigeration machine room, fresh air full heat recovery, high-efficiency transmission and distribution system and terminals, high-efficiency intelligent lighting, and high-efficiency elevators to minimize energy consumption. The project innovatively applies the building photovoltaic power generation system, integrates digital intelligent construction into the whole process of design, construction, operation and maintenance, and applies advanced technologies such as the intelligent cloud construction factory and the dual carbon management and control platform independently developed by the Fourth Construction Bureau to achieve near-zero energy construction and operation. The project integrates a number of technologies such as ultra-low energy consumption technology, high-efficiency equipment system and renewable energy application, and will become the first near-zero energy building in China with a height of more than 150 meters.

Green and low-carbon new city construction and near-zero energy building demonstration projects

The construction of green and low-carbon new city and near-zero energy building demonstration projects take digital design, industrialized construction, and intelligent management as the main technical routes, and the construction and operation of green and low-carbon buildings, ultra-low energy buildings, and zero-carbon buildings as the main characteristics, and design and construct "zero-carbon" demonstration buildings from the perspectives of "open source" and "cost reduction", and comprehensively apply green and low-carbon technologies such as photovoltaic storage, direct and flexible technology, green buildings, efficient district cooling, and energy and carbon emission management based on CIM platform to reduce the energy consumption of the building itself. Improve the efficiency of clean energy utilization, and realize the refined accounting of carbon emissions, the control of the indicator system, the guidance of low-carbon operation and the visualization of carbon emission data in the whole process of park construction. After the completion of the project, it can provide a replicable and promoted experience model for promoting the digital transformation and green and low-carbon development of the construction industry.
