Pu Yingmi expressed his appreciation for the effectiveness of the Shanghai Environmental Exchange in serving the "dual carbon" work of local governments and enterprises, and introduced the industrial development of Baoshan City. He said that Baoshan City has abundant forestry resources and huge carbon sink value, and hopes to take advantage of the experience and advantages of Shanghai Environmental Exchange in the field of "dual carbon" to actively explore and cooperate with Shanghai Environmental Exchange in the development of forestry carbon sink in Baoshan City, and serve the low-carbon and green development of the region.

Peng Feng welcomed Pu Yingbi and his entourage to visit and introduced the operation of the national and Shanghai carbon markets and the main business of the Shanghai Environmental Exchange. He said that the Shanghai Environmental Exchange is actively promoting the construction of two carbon markets, the whole country and Shanghai, and actively exploring the combination of forestry carbon sink development and rural revitalization strategies to improve regional "dual carbon" governance capabilities.
