Implement the "Green Beijing" strategy to promote the green transformation and development of the economy and society. The "1+N" policy system for carbon peaking and carbon neutrality has been basically formed, and the action plan for scientific and technological innovation for carbon peaking and carbon neutrality and the overall implementation plan for the development of new energy storage have been issued.
