On December 12, the government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the government of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region signed a framework agreement on special energy cooperation. Inner Mongolia is an important energy and strategic resource base in China, and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region is China's energy processing and transformation and strategic reserve base. According to the agreement, the two sides will thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on energy work, based on their respective strategic positioning, give full play to their respective comparative advantages, and adhere to the principle of "complementary advantages, mutual benefit and win-win, strengthening cooperation and green development", further deepen and expand carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, green and low-carbon energy transformation, energy security and supply, new power systems, large-scale wind power and photovoltaic bases, There is room for cooperation in the fields of hydrogen energy storage, jointly building a national energy strategic support base, and jointly promoting the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.
