Both of these aspects are inseparable from data aggregation and application, and inseparable from the full integration of data and business. The focus is on business driven, business value identification and scenario application, which is the starting point for finding, discovering and creating value. At present, Anshan Iron and Steel has experienced three stages of development in the process of digital construction: informatization, digitalization and intelligence. According to reports, Anshan Iron and Steel explores the construction of a big data platform for the iron and steel industry, the core of which is to focus on the integration of procurement, sales, customer service and manufacturing control, gather data from various business fields, build a full-factor, full-link data model and data value system, and form a new industrial Internet model driven by "process control + digital intelligence", "data empowerment and business efficiency".

At the factory level, Anshan Iron and Steel spent three years to open up the whole process data, established a whole process control system, integrated the data of process, equipment, energy, and operation control, and developed a mathematical model based on mechanism algorithm on the basis of gathering the data of the whole process of ironmaking, steelmaking, hot rolling, cold rolling, and galvanizing. At the level of operation and control, the information system of the three bases in all business fields has been upgraded and reconstructed to achieve production and marketing coordination and process coordination, and a new architecture system and new model have been formed in the industrial model.

With the in-depth application of a new generation of information technology, Anshan Iron and Steel has gradually used industrial big data to improve total factor productivity and resource allocation efficiency, effectively solve some common problems in the steel industry, and scientifically guide product research and development, manufacturing and quality improvement.

In the ironmaking process, based on data governance tools, Anshan Iron and Steel has established a big data analysis and application platform, provided standard data asset services, established many mathematical models such as blast furnace batching optimization model and furnace visual analysis, effectively solved the problem of steel smelting process control, transformed blast furnace smelting from "black box" to "white box" data visualization, and turned "experience steelmaking" into "smart steelmaking".

In the hot rolling process, Anshan Iron and Steel has built a "virtual simulation" of the whole production line, which has completed the first step of digital twin and realized "virtual to real". In the future, through big data mining technology, based on the accumulated data, establish data correspondence, find rules, establish mathematical models, and gradually study in the direction of "virtual pre-reality", and finally serve product development and design, and quickly assist in the trial production of new products.

Anshan Iron & Steel has also cooperated with Liaoning Mobile and ZTE to build a "5G fully connected factory" with a 5G private network to achieve multi-scenario collaboration in the Bayuquan base, with full coverage of the Bayuquan base. At the Anshan headquarters, the world's first 4.9GHz industrial private network was built.

On June 27 this year, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council put forward further requirements for state-owned enterprises to accelerate the digital transformation, clarified the specific content of "five transformations and five modernizations", and focused on "R&D digitalization, intelligent production, operation integration, service agility, and industrial ecology" to support "change consciousness, organization, model, method, and culture", empower various business areas of enterprises, and drive the coordinated development of the upstream and downstream of the industry.
