The "Interim Regulations on the Administration of Carbon Emissions Trading" establish a carbon emission rights supervision and management system, clarify the scope and methods of trading, implement the main responsibilities of key emission units, connect with the voluntary greenhouse gas emission reduction market, and increase penalties for illegal activities. Clear regulations have been made in many aspects, providing a strong guarantee for the healthy development of my country's carbon market and opening up a new legal situation in the construction and management of my country's carbon market. In order to implement the "Regulations" well, our province has mainly carried out the following work:

After the promulgation of the "Regulations", our department organized and held the 2024 kick-off meeting for the verification of greenhouse gas emission reports of enterprises in the province's power generation industry and the promotion meeting for carbon emission data quality management.
