According to reports, the Harbin enterprise service platform adheres to the convergence of various service resources for enterprises, and uses artificial intelligence and other technologies to create "two unifications, four capabilities, and seven special zones". The platform aggregates enterprise code, preferential enterprise policy services, industrial ecological services, enterprise comprehensive services, government-enterprise interactive services, remote inspection services and supervision services, and provides enterprises with one-stop and intelligent business environment services through unified service portals and mobile APP channels. Realize the unified management and display of policy collection, and accurately push policies to enterprises through intelligent matching algorithms. Set up an open, authoritative, standardized and free "comprehensive service supermarket" to broaden the market scope of service resources, increase opportunities for enterprise service cooperation, and improve the efficiency of enterprise cooperation and docking. Build an industrial ecosystem integrating "industrial ecological information, industrial ecological recommendation, and industrial interaction and exchange", build a bridge for enterprises to cooperate and dock supply and demand, promote the precise docking of upstream and downstream supply and demand in the industry, and help the transformation and upgrading of regional industries and enterprises.

It is understood that the platform was launched for trial operation in August this year. Up to now, 195 national, provincial and municipal preferential enterprise policies, 139 policy interpretations, 69 policy guidelines, 41 settled service agencies, 75 service products, and 61 industrial chains have been released.
