Recently, Yantai Port Pipeline (Gangyuan) Co., Ltd. has provided high-condensation, high-viscosity heavy oil transportation services to a number of refineries, reducing the use of steam by more than 740 tons and reducing carbon emissions by more than 210 tons while ensuring the on-time delivery of 281,000 tons of heavy crude oil. Taking the optimization of the collection and distribution structure as the core support for green development, Shandong Port adheres to the low-carbon collection and distribution system, relying on 97 sea-rail intermodal trains, 47 inland ports and 2,800 kilometers of oil pipelines, and vigorously promotes the "road-to-rail", "road-to-water", "road-to-water pipeline" and "scattered to centralized", and the sea-rail intermodal transport volume has ranked first in coastal ports for many years, and the proportion of railway, waterway, pipeline and new energy vehicle collection and distribution has reached 80.6% of the total collection and distribution transportation.
