On the supply side, we will focus on the development of clean energy such as wind power and photovoltaics, promote the construction of distributed photovoltaic in the port area with an area of 400,000 square meters, build 4 large wind turbines in the port area, and generate 150 million kWh of green electricity per year. The first hydrogen refueling station in the port area of a coastal port has been built, and the construction of "China's hydrogen port" has been actively promoted. Since 2021, we have flexibly used a variety of construction and operation modes to start the implementation of the battery swap station multiplication plan and build and put into use the first battery swap station in a coastal port, with the battery swap station exceeding 15 million kWh in the first quarter of 2024, and it is expected that there will be 18 battery swap stations in the port area by the end of 2024, and nearly 800 new energy vehicles will be replaced; Promote the application of 50 hydrogen energy container trucks and 10 hydrogen-powered rail cranes; Nearly 300 units of vehicles and equipment such as electric loaders, sprinkler trucks, and forklifts have been introduced, and the proportion of clean energy consumption in the port has increased from 49.5% at the time of establishment to 62%, injecting new momentum into the construction of green ports. Recently, Yantai Port Pipeline (Gangyuan) Co., Ltd. has provided high-condensation, high-viscosity heavy oil transportation services to a number of refineries, reducing the use of steam by more than 740 tons and reducing carbon emissions by more than 210 tons while ensuring the on-time delivery of 281,000 tons of heavy crude oil. Taking the optimization of the collection and distribution structure as the core support for green development, Shandong Port adheres to the low-carbon collection and distribution system, relying on 97 sea-rail intermodal trains, 47 inland ports and 2,800 kilometers of oil pipelines, and vigorously promotes the "road-to-rail", "road-to-water", "road-to-water pipeline" and "scattered to centralized", and the sea-rail intermodal transport volume has ranked first in coastal ports for many years, and the proportion of railway, waterway, pipeline and new energy vehicle collection and distribution has reached 80.6% of the total collection and distribution transportation.
