In order to thoroughly implement Xi Jinping's thought on ecological civilization, practice the concept that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets, accelerate the establishment and improvement of the value realization mechanism of ecological products in our region, and further improve the business ability of cadres, from September 11 to 12, the Infrastructure Development Department of the Development and Reform Commission of the Autonomous Region held a special training course on the value realization mechanism of ecological products in the region in 2023 in Hulunbuir.
Liu Qiang, Director of the Comprehensive Division of the Infrastructure Development Department of the National Development and Reform Commission, attended the opening ceremony and gave a lecture on the top-level design of establishing and improving the value realization mechanism of ecological products. The meeting specially invited Wang Xue, member of the party group and deputy director of the Development and Reform Commission of Yanqing District, Beijing, and Cai Qin, director of the Ecological Economy Division of the Development and Reform Commission of Lishui City, Zhejiang Province, to pass on the scriptures and answer questions for the comrades engaged in the realization of the value of ecological products in our district.

The training lasted for two days, the first day was classroom training and teaching, Director Liu Qiang combined with his own work from the national top-level design level, for the establishment and improvement of the ecological product value realization mechanism of the development context, core essence, strategic orientation, key tasks, next step of the consideration of five aspects of the systematic explanation, for Inner Mongolia ecological product value realization of the next step to carry out the direction of the next work. Deputy Director Wang Xue and Director Cai Qin shared their work experience for the trainees in combination with the work of Beijing and Lishui respectively. Hulunbuir City, Chifeng City, Bayannur City, and Alxa League in our district respectively exchanged and discussed typical cases in carbon sink trading, cultural and tourism integration, ecological restoration, and ecological industry development. On the second day, all the trainees went to Yakeshi City for on-the-spot study, and visited Inner Mongolia Xingjia Potato Industry Co., Ltd., China Automotive Research Institute Automobile Inspection Center (Hulunbuir) Co., Ltd., Yakeshi Phoenix Mountain Star Camp B&B, Inner Mongolia Daxinganling Liquor Co., Ltd., Inner Mongolia Senhua Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and walked into storage warehouses, planting greenhouses, test sites, production workshops, exhibition halls and other places, and had a close understanding of Yakeshi City's use of climate, forests, lakes and other excellent resource endowments to achieve premium value-added ecological productsIt is a vivid case of turning ecological resources into ecological industries.
This training adheres to the principle of "what is missing, what is made up, and what is taught" in the course setting, and the selection of teachers focuses on the combination of theory and practice, and guides the trainees how to do relevant work. The vivid and wonderful interpretation will charge and store energy for the students, enrich the knowledge reserve, make up for the shortcomings of knowledge, improve the ability to perform duties, and promote the vigorous development of the realization of the value of ecological products.
