Bingcheng Digital Government Development Listen to expert advice

Recently, the 2023 Harbin Digital Government Development High-end Forum, hosted by the Harbin Digital Government Leading Group Office, was held in Harbin Friendship Palace. With the theme of "New Vitality of Digital Interpretation, New Development of Wisdom and Benefit", the forum aims to publicize and promote the new achievements and highlights of the reform and construction of Harbin digital government and the optimization of government services, listen to the voice of wisdom, absorb insights, and promote Kazakhstan to make greater breakthroughs in building a digital government.

In the expert speech session, seven well-known experts and industry leaders in the field of digital government from the State Information Center, the Institute of Computer Science and Technology of Peking University, China Mobile System Integration Co., Ltd., Huawei Government One Netcom Corps, Inspur Cloud Government Cloud Business Division, Anheng Information and CNKI respectively focused on digital empowerment system integration, digital government construction to help Chinese modernization, Longjiang digital government construction and prospects, building urban intelligent twins, and the status and development trend of public data openness. The integrated construction of digital government security and the large model of knowledge enhancement made keynote speeches respectively, shared the experience and achievements of digital government construction, discussed on the same stage, and jointly discussed the future development direction and reform and innovation path.

The results of the 2023 Harbin Digital Government Construction Excellent Case Collection Activity were released at the forum. Focusing on the application of big data, digital government services, digital governance and many other aspects, Harbin has carried out a city-wide collection of excellent cases of digital government construction, and selected 20 excellent cases of Harbin digital government construction after collection, screening and expert approval, aiming to summarize and exchange experience and practices, and promote and publicize advanced models.
