On November 22, the reporter learned from the Provincial Department of Finance that in order to strengthen the main position of enterprises in scientific and technological innovation and better promote the full coverage of R&D activities of industrial enterprises above the scale in our province and the cultivation of high-tech enterprises, recently, the provincial finance issued a special fund of 331 million yuan for enterprise innovation guidance in 2023 to actively support enterprises to increase investment in scientific and technological research and development.

It is reported that the allocation of funds is based on the number of national high-tech enterprises identified for the first time and the completion of the coverage rate of R&D activities of industrial enterprises above the designated size, so as to guide cities and counties to increase R&D investment and improve the intensity of R&D investment in our province.

Since 2021, the provincial finance department has actively played the role of financial funds in promoting scientific and technological innovation, and has issued a total of 1.729 billion yuan of enterprise innovation guidance funds to encourage and guide enterprises to increase innovation, stimulate the vitality of enterprise innovation power, and promote the formation of a good ecology in which enterprises want to innovate, dare to innovate, and can innovate.
