In recent years, in order to help the construction of entrepreneurship incubation carriers, improve the effect of incubation and cultivation, and expand the cross-border e-commerce talent and enterprise development ecosystem, Suifenhe City has deeply implemented plans such as "optimization of entrepreneurial environment", "cultivation of entrepreneurial subjects" and "entrepreneurship training and empowerment", giving full play to the role of policies such as guaranteed loans for entrepreneurship, one-time entrepreneurship subsidies, and entrepreneurship-driven employment subsidies, and constantly improving entrepreneurship guidance. Skills training services, relying on the location advantages of the port, have successfully built a municipal-level business incubation platform for cross-border e-commerce maker incubation bases in China and Russia, promoted the formation of a "group" development network from individual to industrial chain, from scattered to intensive, and provided talents with favorable conditions and a good environment for e-commerce entrepreneurship.

The "here" mentioned by Wang Chunlei is the Sino-Russian cross-border e-commerce maker incubation base located in the Suifenhe Free Trade Zone, covering an area of 7,000 square meters. The base focuses on "Internet + Russian goods", integrates resources such as logistics and transportation in the city, imported goods, and helps settled enterprises to start a business and develop rapidly with six centers of e-commerce, live broadcast, cloud warehouse, incubation, finance and service, as well as a supporting professional service system. Since the operation of this incubation base, it has gathered and attracted 23 small, medium and micro e-commerce enterprises from Beijing, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Hainan and other places, as well as entrepreneurs from Russia, South Korea and other places to settle in, cultivating Internet celebrity entrepreneurs with a large number of fans such as "Hello-I am Asheng", "Yue'er Daren" and "Jin Sanshun", providing talent support for the construction of Suifenhe Free Trade Zone.
In order to help entrepreneurs solve pain points and difficult problems, the incubation base has set up a professional operation team to provide "full chain and all-round" operation services. They cooperate with the human resources and social security departments to provide agency services, entrepreneurial counseling, logistics links and other support for enterprises, solve the problems of capital demand, market information, policy support, technical support and other problems faced by enterprises in the process of operation, and create a good environment for enterprise development.
Suifenhe Yiheng Economic and Trade Co., Ltd. entered the overseas market in August 2022 and opened a cross-border e-commerce logistics business, mainly providing warehousing management, logistics distribution and other services, with a trade volume of 181 million yuan since the opening of the business. At present, enterprises are stepping up the transportation of cross-border e-commerce logistics order goods. Gao Haiquan, manager of the company's cross-border e-commerce operation department, said that in 2019, Suifenhe City was approved as a national-level cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone, which allowed them to see the opportunity. At the same time, the company has established public overseas warehouses in Ussuriysk, Pogranichny and Artem in Primorsky Krai, Russia, and has reached long-term cooperative relations with more than 20 domestic and foreign enterprises to help more cross-border e-commerce enterprises go overseas.
Over the past few years, the Suifenhe Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone has forged long boards to make up for shortcomings and create a high-quality cross-border e-commerce ecosystem. In terms of imports, it has built a provincial-level live broadcast e-commerce sharing demonstration base - the Rus Empire cross-border e-commerce live broadcast base, which has settled in more than 100 import merchants and more than 4,000 products from more than 20 countries. In terms of exports, relying on the market procurement trade pilot Suifenhe Qingyun Market, Suifenhe Qingyun Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park has been built, and the volume of express delivery has maintained the first place in the province.
Ren Lei, deputy director of the Suifenhe Municipal Bureau of Commerce, said: "Suifenhe City has introduced the latest support measures to promote economic development, providing financial support for cross-border e-commerce enterprises from multiple perspectives such as import and export quotas, self-built platforms, and overseas warehouse construction. Since the beginning of this year, cross-border e-commerce enterprises have completed a total of 260 million yuan of cross-border e-commerce trade, with a total of 4.22 million orders. In the future, we will actively prepare for cross-border e-commerce 9710 and 9810 business trial tickets, and strive to achieve full coverage of cross-border e-commerce trade models as soon as possible, so that enterprises can export more smoothly and contribute to the development of regional economy. ”
