Notice on the announcement of the proposed recommended list of typical cases of green and low-carbon energy transformation in Beijing

In order to fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, further promote the energy revolution, and accelerate the planning and construction of a new energy system, in accordance with the requirements of the document of the General Department of the National Energy Administration, the Municipal Development and Reform Commission issued the "Notice on Carrying out the Collection of Typical Cases of Green and Low-carbon Energy Transformation" (Jing Fa Gai [2023] No. 1279, hereinafter referred to as the "Notice") to carry out the collection of cases of green and low-carbon energy transformation in the city, and the "Notice" was simultaneously released on the official website of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission. As of October 18, 2023, a total of 21 typical cases have been declared upon the recommendation of various districts and departments.
On October 25, 2023, the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the Zhongguancun Management Committee, the Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, the Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment, and the Municipal Urban Management Committee organized a review meeting of typical cases of green and low-carbon energy transformation, and invited experts in the fields of carbon emission reduction in the energy industry chain, new models of green energy supply, urban (township) energy greening and carbon reduction, and low-carbon transformation of energy-using enterprises (parks) to form an expert group to review and deliberate, and formed the "Proposed Recommended List of Typical Cases of Green and Low-carbon Energy Transformation in Beijing". The publicity period is from October 27 to November 2, 2023.
