　　According to reports, the pilot work thoroughly implements the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on carbon peak and carbon neutrality, and actively carries out the pilot exploration of carbon emission measurement review in accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Measurement Development Plan (2021~2035)" and the "Implementation Plan for Establishing and Improving the Standard Measurement System for Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality", so as to provide practical experience for establishing and improving the carbon measurement management system and promoting carbon emission measurement review work nationwide.

　　The State Administration for Market Regulation requires that the Shandong Provincial Market Supervision Bureau should strengthen the organization and leadership, formulate a review pilot work plan, reasonably determine the emission units included in the scope of carbon emission measurement review in combination with the actual situation, organize relevant training for review personnel, and carry out carbon emission measurement review work in accordance with local carbon emission measurement review specifications. Give full play to the technical support role of relevant measurement technology institutions, guide enterprises to reasonably equip and use carbon emission measurement instruments through review, strengthen the collection, analysis and utilization of carbon emission measurement data, continuously improve the carbon measurement management system, and improve the ability and level of carbon measurement.
