Continue to promote air quality improvement actions. Relying on the Nantan Optoelectronic Industrial Park and the Pingshan Lake Comprehensive Energy Base, we will coordinate and promote the market-oriented competitive allocation of wind and solar resources, accelerate the construction of Pandaoshan Pumped Storage Power Station, Pingshan Lake 330 kV Convergence Station, Zhangye Thermal Power Phase II and other projects, and strive to promote clean and low-carbon energy transformation.
