At the meeting, leaders from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Fujian Province, the People's Government of Chaoyang District of Beijing City, and the People's Government of Fuzhou City deeply interpreted the policy support and implementation requirements put forward by the country in the context of ecological civilization, actively and steadily promoting carbon peak and carbon neutrality, and accelerating the green transformation of development methods. Focus on discussing major opportunities for the intensive, circular, green, transformative and low-carbon development of circular economy industrial parks in the new era. Optimizing the spatial layout of the park and collaborative innovation and synergy must be important starting points to improve refinement. Management level, explore green and low-carbon paths that are in line with the high-quality development of circular economy industrial parks, and establish a recycling system architecture of cascade utilization of energy, intensive conservation and efficient recycling of water resources, and comprehensive utilization of material recycling. Form a new pattern of interconnection, cooperation and innovation, jointly create a new model of cross-regional industrial cooperation, and delineate the green background of new productivity.

Liu Lifeng, director of the Human Resources Development Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, said that in recent years, various parts of the country have actively promoted the construction of circular economy industrial parks, encouraged the construction of comprehensive disposal bases for various solid waste such as domestic waste, construction waste, and kitchen waste, and exerted synergy. The disposal effect will realize the sharing of various treatment facilities, process equipment, resource and energy sharing, and environmental pollution control in the park, and maximize the comprehensive benefits of the park. At present, the construction of circular economy industrial parks across the country is developing rapidly and has become a basic platform for the safe operation of cities in various places, providing strong support for carrying out garbage classification and disposal in various places and improving the overall level of urban sanitation systems.

Wang Mingxuan, deputy director of the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Fujian Province, said that Fujian attaches great importance to the development of the circular economy industry. Starting from the classification and disposal of domestic waste, it actively explores park-based and intensive collaborative disposal of domestic waste, adheres to local conditions, strengthens urban and rural coordination, further improves the domestic waste classification and collection system, accelerates the "two networks integration" of waste classification and resource recycling, and actively promotes waste incineration, kitchen waste resource utilization, renewable resource recycling, The construction of a domestic waste collaborative disposal industrial park integrating hazardous waste disposal will fully achieve the goal of "reduction, resource and harmlessness" of domestic waste and help the development of the circular economy industry.

At the meeting, Beijing Chaoyang Environment Group Co., Ltd., Fuzhou City Hongmiaoling Waste Comprehensive Treatment Center, Qingdao West Coast Kangheng Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., Shanghai Environment Tianma Waste-Free and Low-Carbon Environmental Protection Industrial Park, Guangzhou Environmental Investment Fushan Environmental Protection Energy Co., Ltd., Mianyang Zhongke Environmental Services Co., Ltd. and other six circular economy industrial parks were selected. For example, Beijing Chaoyang Environment Group Co., Ltd. has currently built an urban waste collaborative treatment park integrating clean incineration of domestic waste for power generation, resource treatment of kitchen waste, resource disposal of construction waste, and material recycling. Since its completion, it has processed various types of waste. More than 20 million tons of waste and more than 4 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity are generated on the Internet. It has truly realized the transformation of garbage into green energy and renewable resources necessary for urban development, and has realized the cascade utilization of energy and resource recycling. It has realized the role transformation from a garbage disposal site to an urban "relay station", making important contributions to the ecological environment management and urban management of Beijing City; Hongmiaoling Park has achieved comprehensive improvement of functions through "systematic" construction;"Standardization" implementation ensures first-class technical level;"Market-oriented" operation effectively relieves financial pressure;"Circular" utilization achieves maximum integration of resources;"Digital" management ensures production Safety and efficiency. The park is also committed to "base-based" construction and setting a national benchmark for parks. All types of domestic waste are recycled and disposed of by back-end treatment facilities in the park, which achieves the resource utilization of domestic waste to the greatest extent, which not only reduces pollution but also reduces carbon emissions, realizes collaborative innovation, and provides a basis for domestic waste treatment nationwide. At this meeting, Beijing Chaoyang Environment Group reached a strategic cooperation with Fuzhou City Hongmiaoling Comprehensive Waste Treatment Center, aiming at reducing pollution, carbon reduction, energy conservation and efficiency, and establishing a comprehensive and three-dimensional collaborative treatment of various wastes. During the meeting, participants conducted on-site research and inspection of the 30th Anniversary Achievement Exhibition of the Implementation of the "3820" Strategic Project in Fuzhou City, the Yangli Urban Management Complex of Fuzhou City and the Fuzhou Hongmiaoling Circular Economy Ecological Industrial Park.
