1. Build a two-way communication platform with customer quality management

The company attaches great importance to customer technical exchanges and quality feedback, and in 2023, it has built a two-way communication platform with customer quality management through customer audits and technical exchanges, so as to timely and effectively feedback customer concerns and improve customer satisfaction. The development of the company's high-end customers, especially in photovoltaic, new energy, pharmaceutical and other industries, corresponds to the requirements and control of high-end products are particularly strict, the company improves the internal management level through customer audits, external exchanges, etc., with the goal of "meeting and exceeding customer needs", and continuously improves product quality and production stability.

2. Develop high-end products to improve product quality and production efficiency

In 2023, the company will actively expand the application of new products and new technologies, combine the existing product structure, develop and produce high-end new products, and in the past two years, the company has developed food additive hydrogen peroxide products, which have been recognized by many customers in the food field, and at the same time, the use of technological innovation to improve production efficiency and product quality, the high-purity chloromethane products produced by the company's 709 workshop have been widely used in the fields of organic silicon and cellulose. The CPVC workshop has developed a new product CPVC sheet, which has excellent chemical corrosion resistance, aging resistance, high temperature resistance, high tensile strength, flame retardant insulation and other characteristics. It can be widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, water purification treatment, environmental protection equipment, medicine, electronic appliances, photovoltaic and other fields.

Energy-saving and low-carbon development:    

1. Advanced energy-saving technologies to help green and low-carbon development

In recent years, China's ecological civilization construction has entered a critical period with carbon reduction as the key strategic direction. Promoting industrial energy conservation and green and low-carbon development is an inherent requirement to break the bottleneck of energy, resources and environmental constraints and achieve high-quality development, and is an important way to reduce carbon emissions in the industrial field and achieve the "double carbon" goal. In this context, the company actively responds to the national "double carbon" strategic goal, vigorously carries out energy-saving technological transformation, and taps the potential of energy conservation and carbon reduction.

In 2023, the methane chloride workshop has successively implemented energy-saving technological transformations such as waste heat recovery of chlorination and hydrochlorination reactions, thermal coupling of dichlorine and chloroform distillation, and added a set of APC advanced process control system by optimizing the instrument and control system, improving the automation degree of methane chloride plant, reducing the reflux ratio of dichlorine and chloroform refining, and realizing the control of process parameters, through a series of combinations, the methane chloride workshop can save 120,000 tons of steam and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 37,000 tons per year.

In 2023, the company implemented energy-saving and high-efficiency rectifier transformers, permanent magnet synchronous motors, circulating water cooling tower turbines, energy-saving and high-efficiency circulating water pumps and other equipment energy efficiency improvement transformation, which can save 5.8 million kilowatt-hours of electricity and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 3,307 tons per year.

Safety and environmental protection improvement:

1. Solidly promote process safety management and further improve intrinsic safety

(1) During the overhaul in November 2023, the company carried out safety instrument transformation for the first-class major hazard sources (liquid chlorine and chloromethane storage tank units) in accordance with the requirements of the national three-year action plan, Order No. 30 of major hazard sources, and 20 major hazard judgment standards, especially those involving high-risk media such as chlorine and liquefied hydrocarbons. In the process of transformation, the hazardous media in each storage tank were emptied, purged and replaced, and the operation was carried out after passing the analysis, and more than 70 SIS and DCS emergency shut-off valves were added to the inlet and outlet of the storage tank, and the intrinsic safety automation transformation and commissioning were successfully completed.

(2) Carry out actions to improve the automatic control rate of old equipment and instruments. The company's methane chloride plant has been put into production for more than 15 years, and in 2023, it will focus on upgrading the automatic control instrument of the distillation post of the device, improving the accuracy of the control valve, improving the control effect, and the automatic control rate will reach more than 92%, further improving the safety production stability of the process device.

(3) The new project adheres to the strategy of "mechanized substitution, automation and reduction". In 2023, the company's new project 803 high-quality hydrogen peroxide (hydrogen peroxide) purification workshop passed the on-site audit of Suzhou Bureau of Industry and Information Technology. Up to now, the company's three production units (styrene propylene sizing agent, 803, 709 chloromethane workshop) have passed the "intelligent workshop" audit, the production process adopts the whole process of automatic control, and the site is inspected by one person per shift, and the company will apply for an intelligent factory in 2024.

2. Digital intelligence empowerment to build compliance management for special operations

The company has introduced a "mobile multi-function monitor", which can be interconnected with the operation ticket APP to realize real-time collection of images of the operation site, continuous detection of flammable, toxic gases and oxygen concentration data synchronous storage and upload. Through the mobile phone and system platform, guardians, control room personnel and safety management personnel can grasp the on-site operation situation in real time and realize the integration of digital and intelligent monitoring.

In the 2023 annual overhaul, the company's distillation tower inspection and maintenance operations, operators need to enter the restricted space all day to operate, and use mobile multi-function monitors to achieve all-weather gas and video surveillance, which greatly improves the safety of operations.

3. With the help of science and technology, the company accelerates the transformation of environmental protection digital factory

In April 2023, as one of the first batch of pilot units of "Digital Transformation of Enterprise Ecological Environment Management" in China, the company actively responded to the construction of the "Enterprise Comprehensive Environmental Management Platform", and used the big data information platform to upload and integrate the key environmental protection indicators of the factory to complete the accurate collection of real-time data. At the same time, a two-level threshold warning is set up, and once the data fluctuates abnormally or exceeds the predetermined range, the early warning system will be started immediately and the alarm data will be pushed to the person in charge of the territory to ensure that the problem can be found and dealt with in a timely manner, effectively improving the ability of the enterprise to deal with environmental risks.

4. Adhere to environmental protection technology innovation and promote the company's green development

In recent years, with the increasingly stringent national and local pollutant emission standards, as well as the improvement of pollution control and control requirements in the industry, the traditional single end-of-line treatment method can no longer meet the new environmental protection standards.
