According to the work arrangement of the "Notice of the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Heilongjiang Province on Organizing and Carrying out the Application of Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Heilongjiang Province" (Heigongxin Enterprise Letter [2023] No. 497), our department organized and carried out the application of the second batch of provincial innovative small and medium-sized enterprises in 2023. Review and evaluation procedures, on the basis of the announcement of 317 enterprises on October 27, in view of the feedback of the declared enterprises and the supplementary materials of the relevant municipal industry and information technology departments, experts will be organized to review, and the list of 21 enterprises that have passed the review will be supplemented and publicized.
