The construction of 350 industrial projects has been accelerated

The reporter learned from the Harbin Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology that since the beginning of this year, the bureau has made every effort to promote the construction of industrial projects with a total investment of more than 5 million yuan, and so far 350 industrial projects have all started, of which 72 have been completed and put into operation, and it is expected that more than 100 projects will be completed and put into operation by the end of the year, and the new output value of more than 2 billion yuan can be realized.

It is reported that among the 350 industrial projects promoted, there are 2 projects with a total investment of more than 5 billion yuan, 17 projects with a total investment of more than 1 billion yuan, and 144 projects with a total investment of more than 100 million yuan. Among them, the pumped storage intelligent manufacturing capacity construction project of Harbin Electric Power Plant Co., Ltd. of Harbin Electric Power Group with a total investment of 1 billion yuan will start construction in June 2023, and the main steel structure construction has been completed, which is expected to be completed in August 2024, and has an annual production capacity of 10 sets of pumped storage units after reaching production. With a total investment of 1 billion yuan, the Tongchuang Purun Longjiang Student Pioneer Park project started construction in March 2022, and the current plant, comprehensive building, dormitory and other projects have been completed and accepted, and the equipment will be debugged at the end of the year, and the project is expected to be completed in March 2024, with an annual output value of more than 2 billion yuan after reaching production in 2026. The completion of the project will break the blockade between the United States and Japan, fill the gap in the manufacturing of ultra-high purity metal materials in China, and at the same time drive the upstream and downstream industries to gather and form an industrial cluster with a scale of 5 billion yuan.

In April this year, the construction of Harbin Enwei Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd., jointly funded by CSPC Pharmaceutical Holding Group Co., Ltd. and Harbin Veterinary Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, started construction, and the project construction is planned to be completed in February 2024, which can form an annual production capacity of 100 million doses of new animal vaccines. The project will integrate the advanced nucleic acid vaccine delivery system of CSPC Pharmaceutical Group and the national major scientific and technological innovation platform of Harbin Veterinary Research Institute, cultivate new series of animal health prevention and control products with completely independent intellectual property rights, and fill the gap of animal nucleic acid vaccines in China.

At present, Harbin promotes high-quality industrial development with high-quality projects, and the construction of a number of key projects is progressing smoothly, continuously attracting fresh water for the high-quality development of the city's industry and accumulating development momentum. Harbin Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology pays close attention to the project start-up rate, investment rate and production rate. At the same time, we will accelerate the implementation of the policies on supporting key projects and technological transformation projects in the "Several Policies and Measures on Accelerating the High-quality Development of Harbin's Manufacturing Industry and Realizing a Strong Industrial City" and "Several Policies and Measures for Harbin to Further Support the Healthy Development of Market Entities in Response to the Impact of the Epidemic". At present, 258 projects have been reviewed and publicized, and are in the process of disbursing funds.
