Recently, in the National Low Carbon Day Beijing Home Medal Awarding Event, the Beijing South Central Axis International Cultural Science and Technology Park Comprehensive Energy Application Project was awarded the "Advanced Low-carbon Technology Excellent Project".

Located in Fengtai District, Beijing, with a construction area of 195,000 square meters, the South Central Axis International Cultural Science and Technology Park is renovated and upgraded on the basis of Dahongmen Garment Trade City, and is built into an international cultural and technological park integrating "office, business and residence". The project is implemented and constructed by Fengtai Branch of Beijing Heating Group Co., Ltd., and its technology demonstration and promotion value lies in the fact that the energy supply of the project is all renewable energy, and the system makes full use of the energy that can be generated, so as to maximize the energy conservation and carbon reduction of the building, and build a zero-carbon park. The carbon emissions are reduced by 60% compared with general public buildings, and the carbon emissions are reduced by more than 3,000 tons per year.

The integrated energy system of the park is composed of cold and heat sources, photovoltaic power generation, and charging piles, and is centrally dispatched and refined through the smart energy management and control platform.

The cold and heat source system of the park is a multi-energy complementary energy system composed of water source heat pump, ground source heat pump, energy tower heat pump and ice cold storage, which makes full use of renewable energy technologies such as geothermal energy and air energy, and the system is completely driven by electricity, does not consume primary energy, and does not have any pollutant emissions.

A distributed photovoltaic system was built on the roof of the park, and 980 square meters of cadmium telluride thin-film cells (82 kilowatts) were installed on the roof lighting roof by using photovoltaic building integration technology; 488 monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic arrays with 271 kilowatts are laid on the roof, with a total installed capacity of 353 kilowatts and an annual power generation of about 426,000 kilowatt hours. In order to meet the charging needs of new energy vehicles, 54 sets of charging piles are set up in the underground parking lot of the park, and photovoltaic surplus electricity is used to charge electric vehicles, maximize the use of photovoltaic energy, improve charging efficiency, and achieve zero-carbon travel.

The park will build a comprehensive energy intelligent management and control platform to realize functions such as energy consumption monitoring, energy efficiency analysis, centralized control, and intelligent operation and maintenance. Implement dynamic monitoring of the energy system and key energy-using facilities, realize wireless upload of environmental data for all terminal air-conditioning equipment in public areas, automatically adjust and optimize the system operation strategy, regional control of the terminal pipe network through electric valves, and refined management of terminal air conditioners through remote thermostats, so as to realize the intelligent linkage control of source, network and load, and realize the "smart energy supply" of the park.

It is estimated that compared with conventional energy methods, the project can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 3116.15 tons per year, achieve good carbon peaking and carbon neutrality benefits, and provide a demonstration and set a benchmark for the transformation of existing parks. The BIM assembly installation technology and intelligent energy management and control technology are used to realize the optimal ratio of equipment and intelligent energy control, which has reference significance in the construction of the park.
