Recently, the General Office of the Gansu Provincial Government forwarded the Provincial Development and Reform Commission's "Several Measures for the Recovery and Expansion of Consumption" (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), and the development of the postal express industry has been supported by policies again.

The "Measures" proposes to improve the three-level mail and logistics distribution system in counties and villages, accelerate the improvement of the comprehensive level of e-commerce and express delivery into rural areas, actively cultivate rural logistics service brands, in-depth implementation of express delivery into the village project, and accelerate the integrated development of rural passengers, goods and mail. Integrate postal, express, supply and marketing, e-commerce and other resources, and implement intensive distribution. Implement the "one village, one station" project, build village-level comprehensive mail and logistics service stations, set up smart express boxes in qualified villages, increase the density of rural retail outlets, and gradually reduce logistics and distribution costs. Adhere to the implementation of the "sweet" brand marketing strategy, and accelerate the promotion of brand market competitiveness. Vigorously develop rural e-commerce and order agriculture, promote the development model of "express + e-commerce/supply and marketing cooperatives/cooperatives + farmers", deepen the cooperation between rural delivery enterprises and rural e-commerce, supply and marketing cooperatives, professional cooperatives, agricultural special product processing enterprises and other market entities, and provide customized delivery services by setting up points in villages, centralized collection, and direct distribution of special lines, so as to help special agricultural products go out of the village and into the city.

The Gansu Provincial Postal Administration said that in the next step, it will continue to strengthen the linkage of departments, take the initiative to serve and integrate into the new development pattern, fully tap the advantages of market scale, smooth the economic cycle, help rural revitalization, better meet the delivery needs of the people, and promote the high-quality development of the province's industry to a new level.
