Guangdong Kangyuan Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd., together with Guangdong University of Technology, Jiangxi Hongban Technology Co., Ltd. and other research institutions and Jiangxi Province's leading circuit board enterprises, jointly developed a biological treatment of volatile organic compounds in the circuit board industry. After continuous optimization and adjustment, the comprehensive removal rate finally reached more than 90%, which fully met the treatment efficiency required by the "Notice of the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment on Printing and Distributing the Comprehensive Treatment Plan for Volatile Organic Compounds in Key Industries in Jiangxi Province", and met the requirements of the "14th Five-Year Plan for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction in Jiangxi Province". Compared with the current combustion processes such as enrichment + catalytic combustion and RTO, the biological method has relatively low investment, no fire risk, low system operation resistance, low carbon emissions, less hazardous waste and combustion nitrogen oxide emissions and other secondary pollution. In order to provide a "Jiangxi model" for building a beautiful China, and set a model for organic waste gas treatment in the circuit board industry for green and low-carbon development.
