A few days ago, the last two modules of the first phase of the Hong Kong Integrated Waste Management Facility project were completed and delivered at the Zhuhai site of the Zhuhai CNOOC Project in Zhuhai, Guangdong, marking the completion of all 17 key modules of the world's first integrated integrated waste management power generation facility, which will promote the integrated design and construction technology of China's super-large modular factories to a new level.
It is reported that after the project is put into operation, the daily household waste processing capacity can reach 3,000 tons, the average annual power generation is about 480 million kWh, which can be used by 100,000 households, and the annual carbon dioxide emissions will be reduced by 440,000 tons by turning waste into energy. According to relevant sources, the project takes modern advanced incineration technology as the core treatment scheme, applies advanced technologies such as automatic control of waste incineration, efficient heat utilization, and innovates the deep reuse process of tail flue gas, which can effectively improve the level of energy conservation and environmental protection. CNOOC Zhuhai site contracted the construction of 17 key processing modules, including 6 boiler modules, 6 flue gas cleaning systems and 5 pipe gallery modules, with a total weight of 50,000 tons, consisting of more than 110,000 structural parts and 270,000 equipment parts, and the steel structure and its equipment are fixed by nearly 2 million bolts. The project is built with a modular design, which has a high level of equipment integration and a more compact design compared to similar projects. "The project is the first in the world to realize the construction method of large-scale module full bolt connection, innovate multi-discipline integrated construction, all-professional integrated management and other technologies, greatly improve the level of digital visual construction technology and project management efficiency, shorten the construction period by 20%, meet or exceed the acceptance standard of all quality passes, the dimensional error is less than 5 mm, and the precision control has reached the advanced level in the industry. Yang Cheng, deputy project manager, introduced.
