In the new year, Weishan County, Shandong Province, adheres to the continuous improvement of ecological environment quality as the core, strengthens systematic governance, source management, and comprehensive treatment, coordinates the synergy of pollution reduction and carbon reduction, and makes every effort to draw an ecological picture of Damei Weishan.
Let blue skies become the norm. Weishan County will make good use of online surveillance, video surveillance, electricity supervision, access control bayonet and other scientific and technological means to implement all-weather supervision of more than 1,400 points, and strengthen monitoring and governance of 138 VOCs-related enterprises from the aspects of raw and auxiliary material substitution and precise assistance, so as to embark on a road of fine VOCs management in line with Weishan's characteristics. Pay close attention to the comprehensive treatment of dust, automobile exhaust, coal combustion, volatile organic compounds, etc., to achieve a steady decrease in PM2.5 concentration and a steady increase in the rate of excellent air quality.
Make the water of Nansi Lake clearer. Since 2003, the water quality of Nansi Lake has improved for 20 consecutive years. Focusing on the prevention and control of passenger water pollution, Weishan County has built 14 inlet water stations, 19 inlet water stations, and 8 pontoon stations to realize full-time monitoring and monitoring of the cross-section of the incoming rivers entering the lake. This year, Weishan County will continue to deepen the long-term system of rivers and lakes, make every effort to complete the tasks of water environment management in Nansi Lake, and ensure that the main line of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, 6 state-controlled sections, and 20 rivers entering the lake in the county meet the Class III standard for surface water. Carry out the "retrospective" of rural domestic sewage treatment, upgrade and transform the county sewage treatment plant, and implement the water system ecological treatment project. Accelerate the promotion of livestock and poultry manure resource utilization projects, and the matching rate of livestock and poultry manure treatment facilities in large-scale farms has reached 100%.
Make the soil cleaner. Accelerate the investigation of hidden dangers in key soil pollution supervision units, ensuring that the safe utilization rate of key agricultural land and construction land is 100%. Strengthen the supervision of the whole life cycle of hazardous waste, improve the quality and efficiency of the operation of centralized hazardous waste collection and operation units, and promote the construction of projects such as the harmless utilization of solid waste in Weishan Everbright. Build a "zero-waste city" and create a "zero-waste window" with Weishan characteristics. Set up "zero-waste culture" publicity and education bases in scenic spots such as Weishan Lake to create a benchmark for Jining's "zero-waste scenic spots".
Make carbon reduction visible. In traditional industries such as coal mines and cement, we have carried out clean, recycling, and low-carbon transformation, and promoted a significant reduction in the total amount of major pollutant emissions, and carbon dioxide emissions per unit of GDP have been reduced year by year. The Fucun Gangue Thermal Power Plant was shut down and the "external heat into the micro" project was implemented. Accelerate the development of green energy, make full use of coal mining subsidence land to develop photovoltaic power generation and garbage power generation, implement the national coal mining subsidence area photovoltaic leading technology base project, and increase the installed scale of photovoltaic power generation in the county.
