It is understood that as early as the end of the 80s of the last century, Shede Liquor took the lead in putting forward the concept of ecological liquor in the liquor industry, and built the first ecological liquor industrial park in China, and established a comprehensive ecological liquor system, following the ecological liquor concept from the aspects of region, water source, koji, raw grain, old cellar, brewing art, aging and filling.
Shede Liquor is not only an advocate and leader of ecological winemaking, but also a leader in practicing ecological civilization with ecological winemaking, while adhering to the development concept of "ecological winemaking", it also continues to promote energy conservation and emission reduction. In 2006, Shede Liquor invested 29.1 million yuan to establish its own wastewater treatment station, which collected and treated all the wastewater for production and life, and the discharge index of wastewater after treatment was far better than the discharge standard, and the chemical oxygen demand, total nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen and other important indicators were all reduced and discharged.
Recently, the reporter came to the wastewater treatment workshop located in the southeast corner of Shede Liquor, and the two stainless steel "big tanks" are particularly eye-catching. "This is the ICX anaerobic tank, and our project can be selected as a typical case of synergy in pollution reduction and carbon reduction in China, and it is one of the 'heroes'. Zhang Renming, the person in charge of the wastewater treatment workshop of Shede Liquor, opened the conversation.
Zhang Renming introduced that in 2021, in order to meet the needs of increasing production and expanding capacity, the company carried out technical upgrading and transformation of the wastewater treatment workshop, and the original "anaerobic + CASS" process was upgraded to "ICX anaerobic + two-stage AO" process, the wastewater treatment capacity was improved, and the effluent index was better than the standard of "Table 2" in the "Discharge Standard for Water Pollutants in the Fermented Alcohol and Liquor Industry" (GB27631-2011).
"This process not only further reduces the chemical oxygen demand, five-day biochemical oxygen demand and total nitrogen in the wastewater, but also produces a large amount of biogas while degrading organic matter, which can produce more than 800 cubic meters of biogas per hour. Zhang Renming said frankly that the biogas produced before the technological transformation is less, the purity is low, and the cost of using biogas is higher than the cost of using natural gas, so it is generally treated with high-temperature combustion.
How does a large amount of biogas make it realize its own value?In 2022, Shede Liquor found a solution. The company invested more than 600 yuan to carry out the biogas purification bio-natural gas project, and removed the impurity components in the biogas through the wet desulfurization + PSA (pressure swing adsorption) process, making it a high-quality natural gas with high methane content, calorific value and impurity gas component quality that meets the requirements of natural gas standards, and the purified natural gas indicators are better than the first-class gas standard of "bio-natural gas" (GB/T41328-2022), which is directly supplied to the brewing workshop.
Xu Jun, deputy director of the environmental protection supervision department of Shede Company, immediately calculated an economic account, "from December last year to the present, according to statistics, about 3 million cubic meters of natural gas can be effectively purified and utilized a year, and the purchase cost of gas can be saved by more than 6 million yuan according to the unit price of natural gas market." Xu Jun said, "Not only that, but it will also reduce carbon emissions by more than 6,000 tons every year, truly achieving a 'win-win' situation of carbon reduction and efficiency." ”
