　　3. The Ministry of Ecology and Environment issued the Strategy and Action Plan for Biodiversity Conservation in China (2023-2030)

　　With the approval of the State Council, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment issued the Strategy and Action Plan for Biodiversity Conservation in China (2023-2030) (hereinafter referred to as the Action Plan).

　　4. The Ministry of Ecology and Environment released the first batch of pilot projects for collaborative innovation in pollution reduction and carbon reduction in cities and industrial parks

　　In order to thoroughly implement the decision-making and deployment of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on carrying out the synergy of pollution reduction and carbon reduction and the spirit of the National Conference on Ecological and Environmental Protection, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, together with relevant departments, has actively promoted the implementation of the key tasks of the "Implementation Plan for Synergy in Pollution Reduction and Carbon Reduction", accelerated the formation of a coordinated work pattern, and further promoted the coordinated governance of pollution reduction and carbon reduction.
