Nantong Hongmei Dairy Co., Ltd. At the same time, the Donggang Sewage Plant was organized to conduct tests with raw water for many times to ensure that there was no adverse effect, and according to the wastewater discharge factor and concentration of Hongmei Dairy, the two parties were organized to determine the discharge concentration limit of the pipe, and signed a written contract with legal effect to promote the trial operation and implementation of the enterprise.
