The human resources and social security departments of Chengdu and Chongqing have reached nearly 200 cooperation measures

Xinhua News Agency, Chengdu, November 15 (Reporter Li Qianwei) The reporter learned from the Chengdu Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau that in the process of building the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle, the human resources and social security departments of Chengdu and Chongqing have actively worked together in the "four systems" of employment, social security, talent, and labor relations and public services, and nearly 200 cooperation measures have been reached.

In terms of stabilizing employment, up to now, the two places have shared 240,000 human resources and job information, jointly carried out 53 special recruitment activities in Chengdu and Chongqing, released 59,200 jobs for 2,262 household units in the two places, realized the transfer of 110,400 labor services, and implemented social security subsidies, training subsidies, entrepreneurial loan subsidies, employment subsidies and other policy subsidies of more than 10 million yuan.

In terms of social security public services, the two places have handled 10,700 person-times of transfer of basic old-age insurance relationship between Chengdu and Chongqing, and 14,300 person-times of mutual certification of social security benefits. The two places have also accelerated the convergence of human resources and social security data resources, achieved more "same-city treatment" in transportation, tourism, cultural experience, etc., promoted the "one-card travel" of social security cards in the two places, realized online ticket purchase and reservation of social security cards in 24 scenic spots in the two places, borrowed and repaid social security cards as identity certificates in 129 libraries in the two places, and realized online payment of water bills and other services with electronic social security cards in Chengdu and Chongqing.

In terms of public services for talents, since the beginning of this year, 90 household units in the two places have jointly carried out talent recruitment activities and released nearly 2,500 talent needs; technical colleges and universities in the two places have carried out 17 times of mutual training and inter-school exchanges for teachers, and jointly trained 1,246 skilled talents; and realized the online query and data exchange of information on special vocational ability certificates.

In terms of harmonious labor relations, the two places will simultaneously launch a special action to clean up and rectify the order of the human resources market in 2023, and strive to standardize human resources service activities. At the same time, implement an information sharing mechanism for labor security inspections, and share information on major cases of labor security violations and the list of joint disciplinary action for untrustworthiness.

At the second joint meeting of the coordinated development of human resources and social security undertakings in Chengdu and Chongqing in 2023 held recently, the human resources and social security departments of Chengdu and Chongqing also held a centralized signing ceremony for districts and counties, and the 12 districts and counties participating in the signing will carry out 101 cooperation items such as efficient agglomeration of human resources and coordination of human resources and social security policies in key areas such as employment, social security, talent, and labor relations.
