Lianyungang Petrochemical Industrial Base Industrial Wastewater Comprehensive Treatment Center Project (hereinafter referred to as the Center) is a large-scale "environmental protection complex" integrating centralized sewage treatment, third-party treatment, regeneration and reuse, and high-salt wastewater treatment for Lianyungang Petrochemical Industrial Base in order to fully implement the dual pilot work requirements of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment's comprehensive environmental treatment trusteeship service and the National Development and Reform Commission's third-party environmental pollution treatment park service.

The center plans to cover an area of about 600 acres, and the current project covers an area of about 260 acres, with an investment of more than 1 billion yuan, with a processing scale of 55,000 tons/day of conventional line, 13,000 tons/day of high COD line, 25,000 tons/day of high alkali line, 27,000 tons/day of high nitrogen line, 12,000 tons/day of high salt line, 20,000 tons/day of high hard line and 80,000 tons/day of low hard line, effective volume of 120,000 tons of mixing tank farm and a construction area of about 5,000 m2 of R & D center.

The central regeneration and reuse unit adopts technologies such as "ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis" and "chemical crystallization granulation fluidized bed" to effectively ensure the high reuse rate of wastewater in the park of 70%; The crystalline granulation grain purity can reach more than 90%.
The high-salt wastewater treatment unit of the center takes the special ozone oxidation catalyst for petrochemical high-salt wastewater and the high-efficiency salt-tolerant bacteria agent as the core technology, and realizes the ultra-low discharge of wastewater through the adjustment and optimization of technical parameters and the precise control of artificial intelligence under the condition of TDS concentration of 1%-3% wastewater.

The center has an industrial water treatment R&D center, with a construction area of about 5,000 m2 and an overall investment of about 45 million yuan, with 8 sets of pilot test devices for various wastewater treatment, 20 sets of small test devices, 468 sets (sets) of large-scale high-end testing equipment such as gas chromatography and mass spectrometry, and 415 analysis and testing capabilities, helping to enhance the innovation ability of Fangyang Water Industry Water Treatment.

In accordance with the principle of "quality collection and classified treatment", the production wastewater is divided into 5 treatment lines and the production wastewater is divided into 2 treatment lines to solve the problem of chemical wastewater treatment and reduce treatment costs and carbon emissions.
