The "2023 Taiwan International Brand Value List" was announced on November 28, and Delta was selected for the 13th year. This year, Delta's brand value reached US$544 million, a significant increase of 28% from 2022 and a record increase. The "Taiwan International Brand Value Survey" is sponsored by the Industrial Development Administration, the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Taiwan, and is assisted by Interbrand, an international professional brand appraisal agency, entrusted by the Taiwan Academy of Economic Sciences.

Ms. Guo Shanshan, Chief Brand Officer of Delta, said, "We are honored that Delta's brand value has grown steadily for 11 consecutive years, and it has increased significantly this year. Delta has always been sensitive to the market, grasped the world trends in advance, and has been investing in green energy fields such as electric vehicles, industrial automation, building automation, information and communication, and energy infrastructure for a long time, driving the outstanding performance of its business in recent years. In 2022, Delta expanded from an industrial brand to a commercial brand, creating an overall solution that is smart, energy-saving, and closer to the needs of users. In addition, we are pleased that ESG has become one of the key points of this year's brand evaluation, Delta's corporate operations are closely integrated with ESG, and the proportion of renewable electricity in the Group's global network has reached 63%, and at the same time, an internal carbon pricing (ICP) mechanism of US$300 per ton has been introduced, and the carbon fee collected has also been invested in innovative technology, energy management, and renewable power solutions. In terms of social participation, Delta has been deeply engaged in environmental education and expanded to coral restoration actions to concretely practice the concern for biodiversity. In 2023, Delta's brand value will exceed US$500 million, with a growth rate of 28%. This year, we announced three new brand value propositions - "Intelligent, Sustainable, and Connecting", hoping to promote sustainable transformation with technology, provide customers with intelligent and energy-saving products and services, connect the industrial ecosystem, and create value together. In response to the global trend of green energy, Delta has been actively expanding its forward-looking business areas such as data center power and cooling solutions, industrial automation, building automation, electric vehicle power systems and charging solutions, and renewable energy based on its core technology capabilities in power management. Delta will continue to develop innovative technologies to achieve a zero-carbon vision and move towards a sustainable brand.

In addition to improving product energy efficiency, promoting energy-saving solutions and green buildings, Delta has actively formulated a long-term strategy and goal of achieving net zero emissions across its global network by 2050, committing to achieve a 90% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 carbon emissions by 2030 compared to 2021, and a 13.5% reduction in carbon emissions by 2022. Delta has also implemented an internal carbon pricing system and invested carbon fee funds in various carbon reduction projects to encourage low-carbon innovation, and shared its experience with the world at the upcoming 28th Climate Change Conference (COP28) to work together to reduce carbon emissions. From 2010 to 2022, the products shipped from 2010 to 2022 have saved customers a total of 39.9 billion kWh of electricity, equivalent to reducing carbon emissions by about 21.05 million tons globally, and actively using technology to build healthy and energy-saving buildings, with a total of 32 green factories and academic donations around the world, as well as 2 certified high-efficiency green data centers, 17 certified factory-run green buildings and 5 academic donated green buildings, saving a total of 26.91 million kWh of electricity in 2022, reducing carbon emissions by about 15,400 tons。
