Walking into the National Stadium, green elements can be seen everywhere. This year, for the first time, the China International Fair for Trade in Services launched a special exhibition on environmental services with the National Stadium as the main venue, set up four special zones for low-carbon energy, carbon neutrality and green technology, climate and carbon economy, and circular economy, and also set up a low-carbon technology travel zone in Shougang Park, showcasing the latest achievements and technology applications in the field of global environmental services in the form of "one exhibition and two sites".

In the carbon neutrality and green technology zone, the staff of the Italian company Calioma introduced the main product of the exhibition - integral gas radiant heating belt. The product is mainly used for heating systems in tall buildings, compared with traditional heating methods, it will save 45% to 70% of energy consumption, and has been used in many large venues and factories at home and abroad.

Yang Siping, general manager of Kallioma China, who began participating in CIFTIS last year, said that some customers had purchased Kallioma's products, but it was difficult to maximize energy savings due to improper operation and maintenance, "which made us realize that we should transform from a single manufacturing enterprise to a service-oriented enterprise, and our services should also cover the whole process of venue design, daily application guidance and maintenance management." Yang Siping said that by participating in the CIFTIS, the company not only shared its corporate development concept with customers, but also met many new partners. As low-carbon concepts become more and more penetrating into all walks of life, there is great potential for clean and low-carbon transformation in the construction sector, and the company will prepare for this technology and services. ”

Walking in the various pavilions of the CIFTIS, an obvious feeling is that "green" and "low-carbon" are not limited to a certain exhibition area, but run through all aspects of all walks of life. With the theme of "replacing plastic with bamboo, reducing plastic and reducing carbon", INBAR exhibited a variety of bamboo products; Nestlé shared its carbon reduction actions in sustainable packaging and new energy logistics; Wuliangye Group has brought a wastewater biogas power generation pollution reduction and carbon reduction program, through the independent research and development of a new gas generator set, the biogas produced by anaerobic fermentation of the wastewater station in the plant is converted into electricity, so as to achieve synergy in pollution reduction and carbon reduction... In the exhibition hall, the sign of "zero carbon service for everyone" can also be seen everywhere, and visitors can join the green action by scanning the QR code and obtain the "CIFTIS carbon neutrality certificate".

The cutting-edge achievements in green services, technologies and business models brought by exhibitors from various countries highlight that green has become a significant trend in the global service industry and service trade. As World Trade Organization Director-General Iweala said in his opening remarks: "Services are critical to the transition to a low-carbon and sustainable future. From low-carbon transportation such as ride-sharing and bike-sharing, to better management and storage of wind and solar energy, green services will be a key part of the climate challenge. ”

The "green" CIFTIS paints a picture of the development of green services. During the exhibition, more than 30 forums were held on topics such as industrial development empowered by the dual carbon goal, carbon market, and green city, where Chinese and foreign guests discussed the opportunities and challenges of green development, and China's role in global green transformation and development became a hot topic.

"Since the dual carbon goals were proposed, China's achievements in promoting the green transformation of the economy have been widely praised by the international community." Zhao Baiji, Chairman of PricewaterhouseCoopers China and Asia Pacific, said that China has actively promoted international cooperation in many fields such as global climate governance, green industry development and biodiversity conservation, and has contributed wisdom and strength to global sustainable development.
