During the construction, the well further strengthened the large displacement and the pressure drop of the drill bit nozzle, improved the water injection efficiency of the drill bit, optimized the drilling parameters, and achieved rapid drilling and efficient rock breaking. Compared with the same period of the ManS7-H16 well, the drilling period was shortened to 2.42 days, and the overall speed was increased by 32.64%.
At the same time, the team implemented the winter construction requirements, strengthened the post insulation inspection, strictly implemented the anti-freezing and plugging measures, and carefully organized production materials and drilling tools to achieve seamless connection. The cadres on duty take advantage of the production gap, combined with the working conditions, to carry out the "four stresses, two checks and one examination" practical practice on the spot, pay attention to the fine operation and standardized operation of the post, and do a good job in the maintenance of ground equipment in advance to avoid affecting production due to ground equipment.
