On the morning of November 15, the first China (Heilongjiang) International Green Food and National Soybean Industry Expo jointly organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the Heilongjiang Provincial People's Government opened in Harbin. Xu Qin, Secretary of the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, announced the opening of the expo. Liang Huiling, Deputy Secretary of Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee and Governor of Heilongjiang Province, delivered a welcome speech.

At present, Heilongjiang is adhering to the development of modern agriculture as the main direction of attack, with the development of green agriculture as a clear orientation, in-depth promotion of agricultural revitalization, the first to build a strong agricultural province, and strive to build a more stable, reliable, solid and safe "granary". Heilongjiang green food and soybean have excellent growth environment, stable supply of raw materials, solid industrial foundation, huge development potential and broad space for cooperation.
Liang Huiling said that with the theme of "green development, creating a better future", more than 1,000 enterprises from 15 countries and regions participated in the expo and held more than 60 activities to create an international trade and investment cooperation platform for the whole industrial chain of green food "from the field to the people's table", and build a professional docking platform for soybean production, supply and marketing in the country.
