By strengthening the control of volatile organic compounds, implementing LDAR detection of oil and gas stations, and promoting the treatment of flue gas in coal-fired boiler rooms, the battle to defend the blue sky has achieved fruitful results. Accelerate the development of new energy and strive to be a leader in green energy conservation. A new energy management and control center will be built and put into operation, and the main crux of the project will be comprehensively and deeply analyzed, and the implementation of new energy projects will be accelerated. Compared with 2022, the oilfield has started construction of 180,000 kilowatts of wind and photovoltaic projects and 20,000 kilowatts of waste heat utilization projects, and the scale of construction has increased by 8 times compared with last year, achieving an overall acceleration. Implement accurate analysis of carbon emission data, calculate greenhouse gases by unit and industry, and support the realization of carbon emission reduction goals with high-quality data.
