One isAccording to the project methodologies of carbon sequestration afforestation, forest management carbon sequestration, natural secondary forest management carbon sequestration, timber forest conversion protection forest and wetland carbon sequestration, the potential of carbon sequestration projects in key state-owned forest areas in the Daxing'an Mountains was evaluated, a carbon sequestration project database was constructed, and a spatial distribution map of carbon sequestration resources and project potential was constructed to guide the project development sequence.
The second isRelying on Inner Mongolia Forest Industry Group Co., Ltd., Inner Mongolia Daxinganling Carbon Sequestration Technology Co., Ltd. was established to build carbon asset management, carbon sequestration technical support, carbon sequestration market trading, and multi-level carbon sequestration industrial system, revise and apply the technical parameters and models of key state-owned forest areas in Daxinganling, and unify the development of carbon sequestration resources in key state-owned forest areas in Daxinganling.
The third isCooperate with the state and the autonomous region to promote the construction of the carbon emission market trading system, build an information platform for updating the greenhouse gas inventory in key state-owned forest areas of the Daxing'an Mountains, a national carbon emission allowance registration information platform, and a forestry carbon sink trading and settlement information platform, actively participate in voluntary emission reduction transactions, and realize listing and sales in the Inner Mongolia Property Rights Trading Center.
Four areBroaden the area and scope of the development of the carbon sink industry, formulate and introduce an action plan for the development of the forest and grass wet carbon sink industry, and promote the development of the carbon sink industry to expand to the fields of forests, grasslands and wetlands. Up to now, the Sixth Forestry Bureau directly under Hulunbuir City has reserved 4 international and domestic standard forestry carbon sink projects; A total of 9 international and domestic standard forestry carbon sink projects have been developed and reserved in the key state-owned forest areas of Daxing'an Mountains, and 6 carbon sink transactions have been implemented, with a total sales of 35.16 million yuan.
