Just after this year's "Eleventh", the first phase of the 200,000 kilowatt wind storage project in Luobei County, Guohua Minmetals with a total investment of 1.465 billion yuan came with good news - the project has been approved by the Provincial Development and Reform Commission on October 7, and the project land acquisition work is being carried out.
In recent years, Luobei County has taken the emerging industries represented by clean energy as the fundamental way to optimize the industrial structure and innovation-driven development, made bold decisions and focused on development, and has become an endogenous economic growth point.
Luobei County has built two wind power generation enterprises. Huaneng 200MW project has an installed capacity of 64 wind turbines, 64 box transformers, 1 new 220KV booster station, with a total installed capacity of 200MW, and a transmission line of 52 kilometers to Huanshan transformer, which has been connected to the grid for 8 months, and the final work of the project will be completed in 2022, with a power generation of 410 million kWh so far, and an output value of more than 9,000 yuan, and an estimated power generation of 1.5 billion kWh and an output value of 500 million yuan in the next three years. The Huaneng 60MW decentralized wind power project under construction is expected to generate 270 million kWh of electricity in the next three years, with an output value of 100 million yuan and a total output value of 600 million yuan. The total installed capacity of the Wangyunfeng Wind Farm is 49.3MW, the annual on-grid electricity is 102 million kWh, and a new 220KV step-up substation and 16 kilometers of transmission and transformation lines are built, with a power generation capacity of 50 million kWh this year.
Innovate and develop new business formats, and achieve "great speed-up" of e-commerce. In January ~ September this year, the e-commerce transaction volume reached 155 million yuan. The comprehensive base of e-commerce was officially put into use, and Luobei County provided "all-inclusive" services such as water, electricity, heating and network for settled enterprises and talents, and now 27 enterprises have settled in; Through sending education to the countryside and joint training, a total of 14 e-commerce training sessions have been carried out for nearly 600 people; Organize enterprises to participate in 5 online live streaming activities and 12 offline exhibitions; Broaden sales channels and enhance brand influence. On the day that the "Famous County Excellent Product" county-level live broadcast e-commerce festival entered Luobei, the total number of viewers in the live broadcast room was 455,000, more than 90,000 orders were placed, and the sales volume reached 7.31 million, setting the best record for Luobei's live broadcast with goods.
To promote the construction of the agricultural industrial park (green food processing park) project, the county has set up a special class for the promotion of the project with the secretary of the county party committee and the county magistrate as the team leader and 17 member units participating, and the site selection of the park has been preliminarily determined, and the preliminary work is in full swing.
